Erin Eileen Leigh is the author of Navigating the Newborn Months and Beyond: A Mother's Guide to Routine, Sleep, Fussiness and Self-Care. Erin's book is a recipient of the prestigious Mom’s Choice Gold Award. Navigating the Newborn Months and Beyond was also a 2022 finalist for the IAN Book of the Year Award in the category of parenting/family/relationships. Erin is the proud mother of three sons and one daughter. Erin attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee for her undergraduate education, where she competed in Division 1 cross country and track and field for four years. She attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she received her J.D. Erin enjoys swimming, running, reading, hiking, playing the piano, and spending time outdoors as much as possible. Erin is a contributing writer for Her View From Home, Motherly, and Motherzing magazine. She enjoys speaking and writing about motherhood, babies, parenting, and self-care. Erin has recorded several podcasts about self-care for mothers, the postpartum period, and sleep and routine for babies.
