My greatest passion is to help people make peace with their thoughts through therapy and counselling. I work with my clients to help them find a calmer and more structured self. My greatest asset as a therapist is that I'm a good listener; it is vital to provide my clients with a safe space to rest their burdens. Each client is unique, and I use various therapies to help them gain insight into themselves and the issues they face in life. My aim is to help my clients find a sustainable, long-term solution to an issue by taking immediate steps. I provide immediate feedback, tasks to focus on after the session, and some coping skills. There is nothing as rewarding as helping a client on their journey towards better mental wellbeing! I believe in working in partnership with my clients to utilize their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. My approach is interactive, warm and accepting. It includes various therapies, including CBT, MBCT, Gestalt Therapy, Relaxation, Anger Management, Stress Management, Individual and Couple Counseling, Grief Counseling.
