Ma’at Seba, a Motivational Healer and Reiki Master is the founder of Relationship First Aid, a spiritual based personal development program. She has a vast background in spirituality, metaphysics, holistic health and nutrition, alternative healing therapies and offers workshops for small groups, and large assemblies. Ma’at specializes in sharing spiritual tools such as Spiritual Laws (i.e.. the Laws of Thought, Cause and Effect and Attraction) and Astrology etc. to guide a person through self-reflection, thus fostering an awareness of how they relate to themselves as well as with others which ultimately will begin building healthier more balanced relationships within their lives. Ma’at offers non-judgmental guidance that emphasizes problem solving from its root source to enhance and develop the spiritual aspect of one’s being. Through spirituality and dedicated application, Ma’at helps participants assess and identify areas of challenge that will allow a clearer perspective of how to address past and present events that will shape their future. As a book author and published writer of a variety of inspirational and motivational articles, insights, and parables; life lessons are captured through thoughts, experiences and ideas and are chronicled for self-reflection. She has also been a host of a television/internet/radio show on holistic health as well as a guest on various podcast, television, radio shows. Through her community work, she has facilitated the Relationship First Aid program among her prison ministry for over 20 years with approximately 100 men in Michigan and Missouri correctional facilities. Also, she secured several inmates as contributing writers to write monthly articles for a local Michigan newspaper which dedicated a whole page called "Messages from the Mound - Prison Ministry".
